I took one or two Benadryl every night. I hated doing that, but it's the only thing that would work. I genera...I'm like this most of the time, actually. <BR/>I generally attribute it to stress. When I have a great deal of stress and heavy things occupying my mind, I can't be still. I wake up and start making mental lists.
